Intern of service in the Engineering Laboratory at LitePoint, processing orders and supporting service operations with customer equipment returns.
Responsibilities
Process orders in the booking system and support the end-to-end order-to-invoice process.
Generate and assign RMA (Return Material Authorization) numbers for customer equipment returns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service transactions.
Liaise with local courier and express companies to arrange pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
Perform parts inventory checks to support service activities.
Prepare service reports and documentation as required.
Support service engineers in coordinating and performing calibration and repair services.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Service team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in service operations, order processing, and customer support activities.
Good communication and coordination skills; able to work well with internal teams and external partners.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; RF experience or knowledge will be a plus.
Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Available to commit at least 3 working days per week
