- Field Service Technician role for restoration services focused on eliminating property damage caused by water or mold. Responsibilities include demolition, mitigation, and restoration of affected residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Eliminate property damage that was caused by water or mold
- Provide a clear career path for growth
- Conduct demolition, mitigation, construction, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold
- Work successfully with peers and managers to complete jobs
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is necessary
- Ability to be part of a team, working alongside peers and managers to successfully complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that the project is completed in the established timeframe and meets the customer’s satisfaction
- Ability to work with a wide assortment of construction and demolition tools as well as specialized drying equipment
- Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics - construction, labor, demolition
- Able to follow directions given by Crew Chiefs
- Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays (flexible rotating schedule)
- High level of listening skills and positive attitude
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Background in plumbing, demolition, water/mold mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not required
- Must be punctual and reliable
