About the role
- Technician responsible for eliminating property damage caused by water or mold. Ensures timely and professional completion of mitigation jobs while collaborating with a team.
Responsibilities
- Eliminate property damage that was caused by water or mold
- Ensure that the project is completed in the established timeframe and meets the customer’s satisfaction
- Work alongside peers and managers to successfully complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner
- Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics - construction, labor, demolition
- Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
- Follow directions given by Crew Chiefs
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is necessary
- Reliable and customer focused
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Background in plumbing, demolition, water/mold mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not required
- Ability to work with a wide assortment of construction and demolition tools as well as specialized drying equipment
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays (flexible rotating schedule)
- High level of listening skills and positive attitude
- Must be punctual and reliable
