Responsibilities
Accurately and timely completion of Astea Mobile Work Orders
Responsive Interaction with customers providing the highest level of service
Satisfy in a timely and complete fashion, all business reporting documentation including timesheets, repair orders, etc.
Recognizing and securing additional revenue opportunities
Daily processing of Parts Received at tech location
Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Diagnosing errors or technical problems
Requirements
3 to 5 years of related mechanical or technical experience
Strong electro-mechanical skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
