About the role

  • HR Assistant managing recruitment processes and candidate interactions at Hesselbach Company. Overseeing job postings and interview arrangements for various positions.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on various recruitment platforms, social media and strategic partner channels;
  • Screen resumes and perform initial candidate contact;
  • Conduct individual and/or group interviews (in-person and online);
  • Ensure candidate information is continuously updated in recruitment and selection systems (R&S) and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
  • Maintain frequent contact with managers and team leaders to align on candidate profiles and process status;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes, especially in high-volume hiring scenarios.

Requirements
