Responsibilities

  • Performing general commercial/administrative office tasks and organizing the office
  • Handling incoming correspondence and project-related administrative tasks
  • Assisting in recruiting and applicant management
  • Administering the applicant management system
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements
  • Supporting hiring processes and monitoring deadlines
  • Assisting with further implementation of the applicant management system
  • Organizing and preparing job fair and recruitment events

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in the administrative/secretarial field
  • Very good knowledge of and confident use of common MS Office programs
  • Reliable, structured and goal-oriented working style
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and professional competence
