About the role

  • Ad Operations Specialist implementing online media programs at HealthCentral. Troubleshooting ad delivery and providing support across multiple teams to enhance user experience and campaign success.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and launch new online media programs
  • Troubleshoot online ad delivery and performance issues
  • Provide support to the Account Management team
  • Act as contact for Sales/Account Management, Product, Marketing, Editorial, and Finance teams
  • Manage internal promotions to increase site traffic
  • Assist with external marketing and promotions
  • Liaise with Product & Development teams on new products and tests
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and support for Paid Media team

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager (DFP/GAM) or other ad serving technology
  • Understanding of HTML and JavaScript
  • Professional attitude with willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented personality
  • Logic-focused problem-solving skills
  • Patience in high-demand situations
