About the role

  • Operations Coordinator optimizing workflows and supporting FinTech hiring operations in a high-growth environment. Collaborating with leadership to ensure seamless execution of recruitment and sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations across recruitment and sales teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Act as a central link between leadership and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
  • Track task progress, follow up on deliverables, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
  • Monitor KPIs, hiring pipelines, and operational performance metrics
  • Support continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership
  • Manage and coordinate job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards)
  • Support client communication to ensure smooth and professional service delivery
  • Identify inefficiencies in operations and propose practical, scalable solutions
  • Assist in prioritization of tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, recruitment, or coordination roles
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, hiring funnels, and talent pipelines
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience tracking KPIs, performance metrics, or operational workflows
  • Strong communication skills in English and Russian
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, CRM or ATS systems
