Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations across recruitment and sales teams to ensure seamless execution
Act as a central link between leadership and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
Track task progress, follow up on deliverables, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Monitor KPIs, hiring pipelines, and operational performance metrics
Support continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership
Manage and coordinate job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards)
Support client communication to ensure smooth and professional service delivery
Identify inefficiencies in operations and propose practical, scalable solutions
Assist in prioritization of tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in operations, recruitment, or coordination roles
Understanding of recruitment processes, hiring funnels, and talent pipelines
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience tracking KPIs, performance metrics, or operational workflows
Strong communication skills in English and Russian
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, CRM or ATS systems
