About the role

  • Manage and implement existing national accounts, ensuring targets are met while coordinating team efforts in Oklahoma. Act as the primary contact for client issues and training.

Responsibilities

  • Managing, planning and implementing block of existing national accounts to meet specified targets and service accounts to meet corporate and divisional sales/renewal objectives.
  • Working closely with the assigned strategic account executive as the primary project manager to develop tactical plans and execute the account strategy developed by the assigned strategic account executive.
  • Working on larger complex national group accounts and acting as point of contact for client issues, coordinating client meetings, and responsible for training.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and 2 years experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field OR 6 years experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field.
  • State General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license or obtain General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license within required time frame per state regulations.
  • Experience with presenting in front of a small audience.
  • Experience leading a team on a task or project.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Project management skills including workflow and resource allocation.
