Account Manager overseeing strategic client relationships and service development for IT & Managed Services. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic management and development of a defined customer portfolio
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term retention (including NPS)
Expanding existing customer business through targeted service and revenue development
Commercial responsibility for contracts, renewals, expansions
Managing and resolving escalations in close cooperation with Service Delivery
Conducting regular business and service reviews
Ensuring accurate CRM and billing data and timely invoicing
Coordinating and tracking escalations until final resolution
Contract management including negotiation, renewal and amendments
Supporting customer and service onboarding
Close collaboration with Sales, PreSales and Service Delivery
Requirements
Several years of experience in account management or IT sales (MSP environment)
Strong technical foundation (IT infrastructure, cloud, managed services)
Ability to identify customer needs and proactively implement service expansions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the decision‑maker level
Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style
Confident handling of escalations and complex customer requirements
