About the role

  • Account Manager overseeing strategic client relationships and service development for IT & Managed Services. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management and development of a defined customer portfolio
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term retention (including NPS)
  • Expanding existing customer business through targeted service and revenue development
  • Commercial responsibility for contracts, renewals, expansions
  • Managing and resolving escalations in close cooperation with Service Delivery
  • Conducting regular business and service reviews
  • Ensuring accurate CRM and billing data and timely invoicing
  • Coordinating and tracking escalations until final resolution
  • Contract management including negotiation, renewal and amendments
  • Supporting customer and service onboarding
  • Close collaboration with Sales, PreSales and Service Delivery

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in account management or IT sales (MSP environment)
  • Strong technical foundation (IT infrastructure, cloud, managed services)
  • Ability to identify customer needs and proactively implement service expansions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the decision‑maker level
  • Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style
  • Confident handling of escalations and complex customer requirements
