Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, approval, and execution of strategic RCM vendor relationships, contracts, and programs, focusing on RCM improvements.
Develops tactical plans to execute on strategy and manages projects as needed to deliver intended results.
Conducts negotiations with vendors to form contract terms and conditions that align to HCD’s long-range growth strategy.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the vendor partners work.
Ensure vendor partners are executing in accordance with contracts.
Ensure internal teams are supporting vendor partners appropriately.
Develop & communicate strategies and tactics for RCM improvement.
Identify and select key trading partners by assessing their capability to further business and sales objectives.
Identify new vendor opportunities to improve RCM performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years with vendor partners.
A minimum of 8 years in revenue cycle.
Proven track record of successful vendor management resulting in improved financial performance.
