About the role

  • Key Account Manager building and maintaining relationships in the healthcare sector with a focus on strategic growth and sales development. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams for effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic client acquisition and long-term expansion of business relationships
  • Account management and development of existing clients
  • New client acquisition and establishment of new relationships
  • Sales of advertising formats and creation of tailored proposals
  • Direct outreach to clients
  • Documentation of sales activities in Salesforce
  • Collaboration with Sales, CRM, Product Management, Editorial and Marketing teams
  • Willingness to travel for networking events and client visits

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in Marketing, Sales, Media or a related field
  • Solid experience in sales and contract negotiations
  • Strong negotiation skills in contract negotiations with decision-makers
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good English language skills
