About the role

  • Sales Enablement Specialist improving sales operations for Frontiers' partnerships with research organizations. Focused on maintaining documentation, data quality, and Salesforce operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and govern internal SOPs, guides and training materials to ensure clarity and usability.
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to keep documentation aligned with evolving practices.
  • Lead training and onboarding sessions to promote tool and process adoption across the IP team.
  • Promote consistency, adherence and continuous improvement in operational processes.
  • Support testing, documentation and rollout of new Salesforce features in collaboration with product and technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, identify improvement opportunities and ensure smooth adoption of the tools in place (mainly Salesforce Sales Cloud).
  • Curate and clean datasets across Salesforce, Excel and shared repositories to maintain data integrity.
  • Execute batch data operations (imports, updates, clean-up) and periodic data hygiene checks.
  • Integrate documentation and technology solutions to streamline workflows and scale operations.
  • Conduct user interviews within the team to identify pain points and propose improved solutions.
  • Provide hands-on support for sales operations and coordination activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Business expertise
  • Experience producing and maintaining process documentation and training materials.
  • Solid business analysis skills: mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies and gathering requirements.
  • Experience in sales or marketing operations, CRM administration, or similar enablement functions.
  • Very comfortable with Excel for data curation and management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in B2B or sales environments is a plus.
  • Fluent in Excel (functions, pivot tables, data cleaning and file preparation).
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality in their own work.
  • Comfortable curating and organizing datasets across tools (Salesforce, Excel, shared databases).
  • Familiarity with process documentation and governance tools; experience producing and maintaining SOPs or training materials.
  • Experience with Confluence is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of CRM workflows and campaign tracking are a strong plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or query tools (e.g., Tableau, BigQuery) is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator.
  • Able to translate complex processes into straightforward instructions.
  • Proactive and adaptable.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and taking ownership of unfamiliar tasks.
  • Reliable, responsive and delivers high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interest in adopting AI responsibly to enhance productivity, documentation, data handling and workflow efficiency.
  • Curious and proactive in exploring how AI can improve day-to-day operations.
