About the role

  • Inside Sales position managing communication with project clients in Darmstadt, Germany. Coordinating meetings and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with project intermediaries regarding offers and inquiries
  • Coordinate introductory meetings between clients and developers
  • Monitor delivery and acceptance of proposals
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Research potential clients
  • Serve as a point of contact by phone and email for prospective customers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics
  • Ideally professional experience in sales
  • Teamwork, reliability, organizational skills, and strong communication skills
  • High self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Confident user of PC programs such as MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Very good command of German; good command of English
