Sales intern supporting B2B functions and working closely with the Sales Manager in a cannabis startup. Engaging with leads, managing communications, and contributing to sales processes.
Responsibilities
As a working student in Sales, you will actively support our sales efforts.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager who is responsible for B2B sales.
You will take on your own sales tasks and have the opportunity to earn additional performance-based pay.
Actively support B2B sales (lead handling, follow-ups, scheduling appointments)
Telephone and written communication with business customers/clients
Qualifying leads and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM (Pipedrive)
Preparing and following up on proposals
Documenting calls and outcomes in the CRM
Contributing to sales initiatives, campaigns and sales processes
Requirements
You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications or similar)
You are enthusiastic about sales, customer contact and performance
Initial experience in sales, call centers, customer service or a similar role is an advantage
You are communicative, persuasive and confident on the phone
You work in a goal-oriented, reliable manner and are not easily discouraged
You want to learn, take on responsibility and earn money
