  • Their duties include conducting research and organizing data,
  • interacting with customers or clients on their employer’s behalf and performing additional clerical duties like updating calendars or sorting documents

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience of Virtual Assistant
  • With experience handling Australian or Foreign Client
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with implacable multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to follow processes and work independently
  • Communicate progress and/or report issues
  • Insurance experience is required
