Executive Assistant providing high-level administrative support to CEO of IT consulting firm. Managing calendars, handling confidential data, and coordinating projects for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel and meeting schedules across clients, vendors and internal leadership.
Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, operational reports and follow-up action items for executive and company meetings.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, vendors and clients.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate leadership, company and vendor engagements.
Track key initiatives, deadlines and deliverables across sales, engineering and operations.
Coordinate cross functional projects and ensure timely follow up on executive directives.
Support internal systems administrations related to executive priorities.
Support strategic planning sessions and leadership offsites.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Professional supporting a C-level executive
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in VAR, IT services – preferred
Exceptional organizational, time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
Ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point) and collaboration tools
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.
