About the role

  • Secrétaire commerciale for a recognized automotive company in Mireval. Supporting customer satisfaction through administrative tasks and client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and answer incoming calls
  • Administrative management of sales files (new and used vehicles - VN/VO)
  • Monitor orders, vehicle registrations and invoicing
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales staff and external partners
  • Manage scheduling, mail and general administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the dealership's professional and welcoming image

Requirements

  • Training in administration/secretarial work or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role (automotive sector experience appreciated)
  • Comfortable with office software (Word, Excel, industry-specific systems)
  • Organized, detail-oriented and responsive
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
