Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Presales Consultants, Technical Client Consultants, and Enterprise Architects, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Partner with Sales to develop account strategies, optimize presales coverage, and ensure timely resource utilization.
  • Oversee presales deliverables, resolve customer challenges, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Coach, mentor, and build technical expertise within your team to maintain HPE’s presales excellence.
  • Guide your team in applying solution-selling techniques, building trusted advisor relationships, and creating compelling business cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not essential
  • 7+ years in sales or presales roles
  • Proven success in managing teams and achieving business goals
  • Strong project management and consultative selling skills
  • Business acumen and financial selling expertise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships and strategic solutions.
