  • Teamlead for HR Management focusing on labor law at W&H. Responsible for HR support, team leadership, and strategic HR projects in a leading packaging firm.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for individual employment law matters within HR support
  • Leading a team of eight employees (HR Business Partners and Back Office)
  • HR support for a business unit
  • Optimization and digitization of human resources management
  • Establishing and expanding HR capabilities at international sites
  • Designing and supporting strategic HR projects

Requirements

  • University degree with a specialization in employment law
  • Initial leadership experience in an HR environment
  • Understanding Human Resources as a strategic contributor to business success
  • Good knowledge of employment and collective bargaining law
  • Experience with global, intercultural cooperation on HR matters
  • Responsible and team-oriented working style
  • Persuasiveness and a cooperative, results-oriented approach
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
