Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with a strong track record of success in new business acquisition.
  • SaaS or PaaS sales experience, or equivalent experience in a related B2B tech environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with genuine curiosity, active listening ability, and an authentic approach with prospects.
  • A self-starter mentality: you don’t wait for direction—you create momentum, find solutions, and drive outcomes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, paired with strong organization, adaptability, and optimism.
  • High coachability, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
