About the role

  • Partners Sales Operations Sr. Manager leading Sales Operations for US market at Wellhub. This role focuses on strategic topics of our Sales Funnel and growing the business sustainably.

Responsibilities

  • Establish working relationships with Commercial leadership, and other cross-functional teams
  • Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Partnership leadership team. Highlight best performing teams and identify drivers behind over and under performance
  • Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and usage mix analysis
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity
  • Develop strategies to increase relevance with our Partners
  • Design our long-term data needs to build more impact oriented OKRs
  • Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders
  • Quantitative: experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
  • Concise communication: Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
  • Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
