Learning & Development Intern at Wellhub fostering continuous learning and development. Collaborating on training programs and supporting engagement for employees in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
Provide operational support for L&D programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
Support the preparation and development of training materials and learning content.
Assist with tracking and maintaining training attendance and participation data.
Conduct basic analysis of post-training evaluation data and summarize insights.
Attend live training sessions to support facilitators by:
Monitoring chat and participant questions.
Sharing resources and links during sessions.
Launching polls, quizzes, or engagement activities.
Supporting session logistics and learner engagement.
Upload learning content and resources to the Degreed platform.
Support the creation and maintenance of learning pathways.
Run basic platform reports and help track learner engagement.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance learning programs and learner experiences.
Assist with research, troubleshooting, and improvements to learning processes and tools.

Requirements
Reside in São Paulo.
Availability to go to the office when requested.
Availability to work from 10h to 17h.
Minimum one-year internship commitment required.
Pursuing a degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related areas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced/Fluent English (it's a global team).
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
Demonstrate ability to build sound relationships and communicate expectations.
Excellent investigative and troubleshooting skills.
Interest in Learning & Development, corporate training, or instructional design.
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Google Workspace plus.
A basic understanding of HR processes and concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with learning platforms or LMS tools is a plus
