About the role

  • Full-Cycle Account Executive joining Wellhub to drive partner growth and sales in London. Engaging in outreach and relationship-building to make companies wellness-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and tenaciously target new opportunities via various forms and channels of communication.
  • Prospect from initial contact to partnership agreement and network launch.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential fitness partners.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including cold calls, emails, and social media through various outreach tools.
  • Provide consistent follow-up through different stages of the sales cycle using provided tech tools.
  • Be accountable for consistently reaching and exceeding your daily KPI metrics, as well as your monthly sales quota.
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Must reside in London with availability to go to the office at least twice a week.
  • Previous experience with outreach (BDR/SDR background, cold calling, or prospecting).
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong phone presence and perseverance comfortable with cold calling as well as multiple other communication touchpoints.
  • Ability to work a high volume of leads in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience managing expectations and overcoming objections with leads and stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude that thrives in a team setting while also owning your accountability for individual motivation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate an organized workflow and funnel management experience.
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales or Wellness Management Software is a plus.
