Client Success Director for Wellhub focusing on Enterprise client management and relationship building in Italy. Leading a team and driving workplace wellness initiatives across clients.
Responsibilities
People leadership: Coach, grow and manage a team of senior client success managers (account managers), who are directly responsible for their books of business.
Senior Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders of the key clients, including C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders. Ensure that Wellhub is not only aligned with business goals but also drives tangible, measurable results.
Collaboration: Interact with other Wellhub teams (e.g., Client Sales, Partnerships, Operations, Marketing) to ensure the strategic plans built for the clients are well executed internally.
Industry Engagement: Represent Wellhub at key industry events, forums, and conferences, showcasing our vision and capabilities in shaping the future of Employee Wellbeing.

Requirements
Proven Success in SaaS Account Management: Experience with Enterprise clients (companies with 500+ FTEs) in the Italian market with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing portfolios of complex clients.
People leadership skills: experience in managing and developing teams, including with senior account managers.
Expertise in Strategic Account Management: Experience in navigating complex organizations, mapping the decision making processes and key people, and identifying the business needs of the organization.
Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortably engage with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and business functions to align solutions with customer needs.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an approachable and engaging way. Comfort and interest in using data effectively in the Sales process.
Data & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present in a compelling way to prospects. Comfort in using commercial insight to recommend and simplify investment options to a prospect.
Passion for Learning: A deep enthusiasm for the account management profession and people management and how to constantly improve individually and collectively.
For this specific role, please note that prior experience in managing teams of account managers and in account management of large enterprises is mandatory.
