About the role

  • Head of Customer Success overseeing the Customer Success Team at gyde. Driving customer retention through strategic customer engagement and collaboration with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic and operational management of our Customer Success team
  • Develop sustainable customer retention strategies and optimize processes
  • Ensure a first-class customer experience
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey to maximize satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to continuously improve our offerings

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, or experience in management consulting
  • Initial leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills for data-driven process optimization
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Resilience and a sense of humor are important qualities for us
