About the role

  • Talent Sourcer for Gushwork.ai driving recruitment for tech and non-tech roles. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver quality hires within timelines in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for tech & non-tech roles - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring execution.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting, and passive sourcing.
  • Manage interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain data and candidate records in Lever ATS accurately.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience with hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive sourcing, headhunting.
  • Comfortable using an ATS (preferably Lever) for tracking and reporting hiring metrics.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a data-driven mindset.
