Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment for tech & non-tech roles - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring execution.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting, and passive sourcing.
Manage interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain data and candidate records in Lever ATS accurately.
Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
Requirements
2 - 4 years of recruiting experience with hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive sourcing, headhunting.
Comfortable using an ATS (preferably Lever) for tracking and reporting hiring metrics.
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a data-driven mindset.
