About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner managing recruitment strategies and processes at Personio. Partnering with hiring managers to achieve hiring targets in a dynamic HR tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Personio's growth objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for business teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that delivers world-class talent. Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements, implement scalable solutions, and achieve hiring goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with functional leaders to understand their needs, align hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track recruitment metrics to elevate hiring effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to leadership by analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Talent Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging market data to inform recruitment strategies and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring a focus on equity throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Knowledge: At least 3 years of in-house recruiting experience for international SaaS/technology companies, including hiring for roles across multiple seniority levels and complexities.
  • Business & Corporate Hiring: Deep understanding of business and corporate roles, competencies, and market trends, with specific experience supporting hiring in Germany.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and German.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Demonstrated ability to design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in partnering with and influencing business leaders at all levels.
  • Data Savviness: Ability to leverage data and analytics to measure success, drive performance, report back to clients, and implement impactful changes.
  • Diversity Focus: Passion for fostering an inclusive hiring culture and driving D&I initiatives.
