About the role

  • Office Manager ensuring smooth office operations in a growing business software environment. Handling scheduling, travel, office supplies, and various administrative tasks within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
  • Handle minor errands and manage/oversee office and kitchen supplies and equipment
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for managers and employees
  • Plan and organize travel (including arrangements for multiple people)
  • Collect, review, and prepare invoices for accounting
  • Provide back-office support and perform standard administrative and assistant duties
  • Support project-related activities, e.g., coordination, preparatory work, and documentation
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal matters and external service providers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in office management, back office, or assistant roles
  • Proficient with MS Office and common digital tools
  • Excellent German language skills; English skills are a plus
  • Willingness to have fixed office days and to be regularly present on site
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Discretion and a friendly, service-oriented manner
