Responsibilities

As the interface between creative teams and clients, communication and organization are your core strengths.
Managing clients and all associated processes — from initial cost estimates and the conceptual phase to final execution, with a primary focus on social media / always-on communication
Coordinating cross-disciplinary project teams and managing external service providers
Project evaluation and optimization
Creating timelines and internal resource planning
Preparing cost calculations as well as budget control and reporting for various projects
Strategic client development
Moderating and presenting at client meetings
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (leading and managing client projects, strategic client development, etc.)
Solid experience in planning and executing traditional marketing campaigns as well as social media communication
Experience coordinating, organizing and overseeing productions
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering projects
Ability to produce reliable cost estimates
Excellent project management skills and confident client leadership
A good sense for current trends and innovations
