About the role

  • Key Account Manager expanding strategic customer relationships in digital healthcare. Leading implementation and scaling of platform solutions in complex care structures.

Responsibilities

  • As part of GoMedicus' sales team, you will be responsible for expanding and further developing strategic customer relationships in digital healthcare.
  • You will operate at the intersection of medicine, organization and technology and drive the adoption, use and scaling of our platform solutions within complex care structures.
  • Develop existing and jointly acquired enterprise customers so that our solutions are actually used, deliver measurable value and scale within their organizations.
  • In close collaboration with the Director Medical Operations you will be responsible for: Strategic key account responsibility for complex customer groups such as nursing home operators, hospital groups, social service providers, municipal and regional institutions.
  • Joint development of care solutions with customers and partners: medical staffing/resource models, platform and device rollouts, usage concepts across multiple facilities.
  • Preparation of concrete implementation roadmaps (rollout, usage, scaling) including definition of use cases, user groups and success metrics.
  • Management and further development of usage within customer organizations (adoption, usability, expansion to additional sites and patient groups).
  • Central interface to the product team: structured customer and user feedback, prioritization of requirements, participation in feature tests and product improvements.
  • Onboarding, training and ongoing support for all relevant stakeholders (care staff, medical leadership, management).
  • Accountability for customer success: ensuring solutions work operationally, are accepted and used economically sensibly.
  • Preparation of sales-related materials and concepts (content, messaging, use cases), finalization together with Marketing/Design.
  • Maintenance and management of customer activities in the CRM (e.g., PipeDrive).

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development with complex, technical, or consultative products
  • Experience in healthcare is an advantage but not mandatory – what matters is experience working with non-commercial user groups
  • Proven strength in communicating with operational user groups (e.g., nursing staff, clinical personnel)
  • Experience managing and scaling enterprise customer structures (multiple sites, diverse stakeholders)
  • Structured working style at the interface of Sales, Product and Operations
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally PipeDrive) and digital collaboration tools
  • Basic understanding of marketing and user engagement campaigns is a plus
  • Excellent German language skills (C1); English advantageous
  • Based in Hamburg preferred or willingness to be on-site at least two weeks per month
