Responsibilities
Responsibility for business development of assigned enterprise existing customers
Identification and realization of cross- and upselling opportunities
Creation and implementation of strategic customer development plans
Management of the entire sales lifecycle: inquiry-offer-contracting-closing
Close collaboration with Delivery, HR and project staff
Stakeholder management at business and decision-maker level
Escalation management and ensuring customer satisfaction
Alignment of technical requirements with internal specialist departments
Responsibility for onboarding new project staff
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration or a technical field or equivalent practical experience
At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the enterprise IT environment
Demonstrable success in farming and expanding complex customer relationships
Strong customer and solution orientation with strategic foresight
Experience selling IT services and projects
Basic technical understanding and knowledge of common project methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Prince2, etc.)
Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills
Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
