About the role

Responsibilities

  • Our focus is on campaigns that integrate technology in the best possible way to create forward-looking creative solutions and achieve our goals.
  • To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Digital Innovation Manager (m/f/d) to take our company to the next level in artificial intelligence (AI), process automation, data transparency, and software tool implementation.
  • Empower employees through training and continued education to use AI and software effectively.
  • Develop and implement a digital strategy with a focus on AI, automation, and training.
  • Select suitable vendors and coordinate projects.
  • Technology contact: advise and support colleagues conceptually at first and then provide technical guidance.
  • Identify and evaluate new AI technologies and tools.
  • Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.
  • Work closely with creative, technology, and management teams.
  • Analyze and optimize digital processes using AI solutions.
  • Maintain existing partnerships with external AI experts and establish new contacts.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the creative industry or another dynamic working environment.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and, ideally, initial experience in building or implementing AI systems.
  • A completed IT qualification, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
  • Solid experience with tools like Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Several years' experience with Google Apps Script and JavaScript.
  • Know-how in integrating APIs and triggering webhooks.
  • You support change and drive digital transformation.
  • You can convey complex matters clearly, motivatingly, and tailored to the target audience.
  • You are innovation-driven, think strategically, and are passionate about digitizing creative workflows.
  • You are not only a strategist but also work operationally on projects.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
