Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact and provide operational support for large customers and resellers
Manage requirements and coordinate the technical implementation and installation of our electricity meters
Coordinate various operational requirements in consultation with the Sales, Planning, Ordering, and Logistics departments
Identify customer requirements and implementation options, and advise customers regarding our product portfolio
Project control and preparation of reports
Prepare and conduct meetings and conference calls
Requirements
University degree or vocational training (preferably in a commercial/business field)
Professional experience in customer and partner support
Strong communication skills and assertiveness combined with diplomatic tact
Experience with tenant electricity (Mieterstrom) projects is an advantage
Independent and structured working style with a strong customer and service orientation
Exceptional planning and organizational skills
Broad problem-solving skills and technical affinity
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in German (written and spoken) and good command of English
