Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of the information technology area, ensuring continuous service availability and exceptional customer service.
This professional will be responsible for designing and continuously implementing improvement projects and processes, ensuring that all initiatives are completed within established deadlines and aligned with business strategies and customer expectations.
Additionally, they will be responsible for the direct management of managers and specialists, as well as administering the service levels of technology vendors that are critical to the business’s success.
Ensure the availability of the Production and Disaster Recovery environments.
Ensure the continuous availability of the Production environment and the Disaster Recovery (DR) environment for the negative listing (credit reporting) environment.
This involves establishing robust availability strategies, implementing preventive and proactive measures to avoid service interruptions, and managing contingency plans to address potential incidents.
Ensure alignment between Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS), ensuring that security policies are consistently applied across Data Center, cloud and office environments.
Oversee the execution of these policies by continuously monitoring the effectiveness of security controls and making adjustments as necessary to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
Ensure the timely delivery of deployments, fixes and improvements in the negative listing (credit reporting) environment.
Closely monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles and implement effective solutions to ensure deadlines are met and the quality of the negative listing environment is continuously improved.
Strategic management of technology vendors, ensuring contract compliance and the delivery of services within agreed service levels.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
