Requirements
- 6-10 years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
- A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent manager of relationships and someone with the ability to influence without authority
- Creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of recruiting strategies.
