Responsibilities
Alcanzar targets de venta (Sell‑In/Sell‑Out, inventario e inversión) y gestionar el P&L por cliente, ejecutando planes de negociación para crecimiento rentable y optimización del Gross to Net.
Liderar la elaboración, negociación y ejecución del Joint Business Plan (JBP) y propuestas comerciales con cadenas clave, incluyendo licitaciones y contratos de marca propia.
Coordinar con Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Finanzas y Operaciones la implementación de actividades comerciales y asegurar el nivel de servicio acordado.
Monitorear y analizar sell‑out, inventarios, tendencias de mercado y actividad de la competencia para detectar oportunidades y ajustar estrategias 360°.
Realizar revisiones de negocio periódicas con clientes prioritarios y desarrollar alianzas estratégicas a mediano y largo plazo.
Supervisar la ejecución en campo (visitas, activaciones, catalogación y colocación de nuevos productos) garantizando ROI y cumplimiento de políticas corporativas.
Requirements
Estudios terminados en administración, negocios internacionales o carreras afines.
Sólida experiencia como Key Account Manager gestionando portafolios de alta especialidad.
Conocimiento del canal de centros de infusión y hospitales.
Habilidades como atención al detalle, pensamiento analítico y colaboración crossfuncional.
