About the role
- Join Grupo Mobility as a Payroll Analyst focusing on processing and compliance. Contribute to operational excellence with diverse payroll responsibilities for clients.
Responsibilities
- Processing and verification of clients' payrolls;
- Calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances and other payroll components in accordance with legislation and clients' policies;
- Issuance and distribution of pay slips;
- Collection and control of social contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) for multiple clients;
- Management of client onboarding and offboarding processes, calculation of termination payments, and issuance of related documentation;
- Collection of documents and registration of new employees;
- Handling inconsistencies, absences, leave approvals and justifications, and calculation of time bank (hour bank);
- Ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation;
- Keeping up to date with legislative changes that may affect clients' processes;
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual personnel management reports for clients;
- Presentation of performance indicators and data analysis to support clients' decision-making;
- Preparation of documents and information for audits and inspections;
- Client service, guidance and support in resolving personnel-related issues and conflicts;
- Continuous improvement of the accounting office's internal processes;
- Implementation of systems and technologies to optimize the delivery of payroll services to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields
- Proven experience in payroll routines
- Knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, DCTFWeb, contributions and CCT
- Experience working in an accounting firm and providing client service
- Knowledge of the Domínio system is a plus
