Responsibilities
- Handing the importing and exporting items
- Check Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) number and Export Control Classification Number(ECCN) Codes for products and apply the related license as necessary
- Verify the Data in SAP system and Store importing and exporting documents in an electronic file
- Submit, monitor the SAP program of import and export data
- Keep current and continue to learn import and export knowledge
- Collaborate with overseas counterparts on day-to-day logistics operational issues
- Answer import- and export-related questions
- Flexible to be trained in other logistics functions as needed
Requirements
- Identify Taiwan(TW) importing and exporting shipments and review the documents for accuracy and compliance
- Check Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) number and Export Control Classification Number(ECCN) Codes for products
- Verify the Data in SAP system and Store importing and exporting documents in an electronic file
- Provide support to Internal people of import and export shipment
- Liaise with global transportation carriers and local transportation to meet internal customers
- Collaborate with and advise internal customers on logistics requirements
- Submit the report to government as necessary
- Communicate issues to internal and external customers to prevent shipment delays
- Monitor delayed shipments and respond as necessary
