About the role
- Loan Modification Title Analyst identifying title issues on real estate transactions at ServiceLink. Creating grade sheets and addressing internal inquiries with detailed accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Identify title issues on real estate title products.
- Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.
- Review recorded documents for accuracy.
- Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff.
- Maintain open communication with management and servicer.
- Attend and participate in team meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of real estate title.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.
