About the role
- Credit Policies Analyst developing and optimizing vehicle financing strategies for sustainable growth. Working collaboratively within the Credit Policies team at Creditas.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review and optimize credit policies for the auto financing product;
- Analyze portfolio behavior, delinquency, customer profiles and performance by store/region;
- Design tests (A/B, segmented cutoffs, differentiated policies) to validate hypotheses for performance improvement;
- Conduct exploratory analyses on internal datasets (simulations, fraud data, payment behavior, etc.);
- Produce ad hoc studies and recurring monitoring (dashboards and ongoing follow-ups);
- Structure strategic adjustments considering seasonality, dealer profile, competition and market trends;
- Act proactively in uncertain scenarios, proposing alternatives even when not all information is structured.
Requirements
- Previous experience with credit policies for vehicle financing;
- Experience analyzing origination performance and delinquency of vehicle financing portfolios;
- Knowledge of SQL for extracting and organizing datasets;
- Knowledge of Python for data manipulation, cleaning and analysis;
- Experience in financial institutions, fintechs or companies that operate structured credit;
- Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for 4 consecutive days, usually in the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
