  • Expert in Customer Planning at The Hershey Company collaborating with customers on sales and trade plans. Analyzing strategies and trade spending for efficient execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert in Customer Planning by working closely with assigned customers on building their annual sales and trade plan.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer strategies, success metrics, programs, and trade spend opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales team to update and adjust their sales forecast and trade requirements in-line planning calendar.
  • Ensure sales and trade details are accurately and timely loaded into our Trade Promotion Management system (PlanEx).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience Finance, Demand Planning, Sales, Category Management, Analytics or other relevant experience.
