- Financial Analyst specializing in travel industry payment processing, focusing on settlement operations and reconciliation. Managing multi-currency transactions across North America and Europe: USD/EUR.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile merchant card and VCC settlements across USD and EUR
- Manage ARC airline billing and settlement, including refunds and debit memos
- Track supplier payments, settlement timing, and funding discrepancies
- Support working capital and credit facility monitoring
- Analyze FX impacts, chargebacks, cancellations, and refunds
- Produce settlement and reconciliation reports; investigate variances
- Partner with banks, processors, VCC providers, and internal teams to resolve issues
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in payments, settlement operations, or financial analysis within the travel industry
- Hands-on experience with ARC settlement
- Virtual Credit Card (VCC) programs
- Merchant card processing
- Multi-currency reconciliation (USD/EUR)
- Strong Excel skills; SQL or BI tools a plus
