About the role

  • Define digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g., websites, email, social media and blogs);
  • Research current products, services and strategies to identify new opportunities;
  • Analyze traffic metrics and recommend solutions to increase online presence;
  • Monitor SEO/SEM processes, marketing performance metrics and sales to forecast trends;
  • Build strong customer relationships through social media engagement;
  • Stay up to date with target audience preferences and proactively propose new campaigns;
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize the customer experience and ensure brand consistency;
  • Identify advertising needs;
  • Establish digital marketing best practices;
  • Keep up to date with developments in digital technologies;

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager;
  • Experience with SEO/SEM software and CRM systems;
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns;
  • Experience with online marketing tools and practices;
  • Proficiency with AI and automation tools;
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills;
