About the role

  • Junior Marketing Manager managing end-to-end marketing campaigns for existing customers at Vodafone. Collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring quality execution of marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • You design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for existing customers as a (Junior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) — from target-audience definition and campaign conception to performance tracking using relevant KPIs.
  • You regularly analyze marketing performance as well as market and competitor developments and derive concrete optimization measures.
  • You act as the central interface to various internal stakeholders such as Finance, Customer Experience and Legal, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • You manage external agencies in implementing marketing activities and ensure quality, timing and target achievement.
  • You actively support the further development of marketing strategies and tactics and contribute your own ideas.
  • Depending on your experience, you will either take on project responsibility independently or develop into the role step by step.
  • You develop and maintain the marketing roadmap and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • You prepare marketing materials and results independently and present them appropriately to management and decision-making bodies.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial or several years of professional experience in marketing is desirable — ideally in existing-customer marketing, campaign management or performance marketing.
  • Practical experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
  • Ideally you already have experience in project coordination/project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • A passionate, analytically driven working style with a commitment to continuously improving offers, results and processes.
  • Strong interest in market and marketing trends and willingness to try new approaches.
  • Very good German and English skills (minimum C1, CEFR) required.
