About the role
- Marketing Communication Trainee at Frittenwerk, focusing on campaigns, content creation, and brand development. Engaging with social media, organizing events, and collaborating with marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- You will support our marketing team in planning, executing and evaluating campaigns — from social media to print and events
- You will create content for Instagram, TikTok & other channels and contribute your own creative ideas
- You will assist in organizing photoshoots, promotions and in-store activations
- You will help with layouts and copy and support coordination with external partners
- You will monitor trends, analyze metrics and help us understand what moves our community
- You will take part in brand and communications projects — from product launches to employer-branding campaigns
- And you will learn how marketing works in day-to-day business: structured, creative, data-driven and always with an eye on our guests and their love of fries
Requirements
- You have a good school-leaving certificate — ideally Abitur (A-levels) or equivalent; at minimum a secondary-school diploma (Mittlere Reife)
- You are enthusiastic about creative advertising, social media and modern brand communications
- You can think analytically and enjoy interpreting trends and numbers
- You are confident on the computer and comfortable with Office tools such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- You work in an organized, careful and reliable way — even when things get busy
- You show initiative, are communicative and enjoy working with a team to get things done
- You are eager to learn and to contribute your own ideas
