Responsibilities
- Support the development of compensation policies and standards;

- Create and maintain job positions in the payroll system;
- Track and control personnel movements for payroll system entries;
- Review and approve job openings in the Recruitment and Selection software;
- Build and update the People & Management dashboard;
- Support the development and maintenance of People & Management metrics in Power BI;
- Prepare and monitor the personnel budget;
- Prepare the personnel cost report;
- Conduct workforce sizing studies
