About the role

  • Support the development of compensation policies and standards;
  • Support the creation of job descriptions;
  • Create and maintain job positions in the payroll system;
  • Track and control personnel movements for payroll system entries;
  • Review and approve job openings in the Recruitment and Selection software;
  • Build and update the People & Management dashboard;
  • Support the development and maintenance of People & Management metrics in Power BI;
  • Prepare and monitor the personnel budget;
  • Prepare the personnel cost report;
  • Conduct workforce sizing studies

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel
  • Business Intelligence tools and data analysis
  • HR/ERP systems — experience with TOTVS/Protheus is a plus
  • Statistics applied to compensation
  • Knowledge of job and salary grading methodologies
  • Salary benchmarking; participation in and interpretation of salary surveys (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Aon, etc.)
