About the role

  • Technician providing VIP support and coordinating technical events at INTERWAY. Responsible for maintaining operational equipment and assisting executive users in Paris.

Responsibilities

  • On-site technical support
  • Provide technical support for events
  • Coordinate technical interventions with related services
  • Keep meeting rooms in operational condition
  • Install and maintain audiovisual equipment
  • Assist VIP users
  • Manage bookings for event rooms
  • Track inventory and ensure equipment replenishment
  • Coordinate technical teams to resolve incidents
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Provide regular activity reporting

Requirements

  • Mobile phones: Android / iOS
  • Windows 10 & 11
  • Networking knowledge
  • Audiovisual / Meeting rooms – installation, maintenance, coordination
  • Inventory tracking, assignment, replenishment
  • Impeccable conduct
  • Appropriate attire
  • Excellent French communication (spoken and written)
  • Service-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality
