About the role
- Technology Support Technician providing high-quality technical support to customers using our products. Working mostly from the office but with on-site visits when needed for complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Bied je hoogwaardige technische ondersteuning aan klanten die onze producten en diensten gebruiken.
- Werkt voornamelijk vanuit kantoor, maar bezoekt ook veehouders wanneer situaties complex zijn en diepgaande diagnostiek of probleemoplossing vereisen.
- Zorgt voor tijdige en kwalitatieve oplossingen, behoudt klanttevredenheid en draagt actief bij aan de continue verbetering van ons servicemodel.
- Vertaal je nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen ons systeem door naar het veldteam en geef je trainingen aan onze Accountmanagers.
Requirements
- Ervaring in Technische ondersteuning / after sales / helpdeks functie is een pre.
- Een afgeronde relevante bachelor opleiding.
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, met het vermogen om de basis van technische concepten over te brengen.
- Sterk analytisch vermogen met gevoel voor prioriteit afwegingen en timemanagement.
