Responsibilities

  • The User Support Analyst supports our local IT team in Eschenbach (Upper Palatinate) in providing computer hardware, software, and systems.
  • The role includes using the IT service desk and interacting with employees by phone and in person.
  • Performing analyses to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new IT processes.

Requirements

  • Respond to assigned helpdesk tickets and provide solutions for reported user issues
  • Assist with configuring and deploying computer updates at the local site
  • Protect the company's data assets from unauthorized access and loss
  • Manage and assign user access rights
  • Monitor and, where necessary, restore the operational reliability of communication systems and networks
  • Handle ServiceDesk tickets and associated communications
  • Program and configure the telecommunications system
  • Install, configure, and administer network components, telephone systems, and WLAN infrastructures
  • Provide end-user support for software and hardware inquiries and incidents
